Masala and Others Ingredients needed

  • 300 Gram Palak Boiled
  • 4-5 Clove garlic
  • 1-2 inch Ginger
  • 200-300 Gram Paneer
  • 2-3 piece Green Chillies As per your taste
  • 1 piece Onions finely Chopped
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2-3 Medium Tomatoes Finely Chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp Salt As per your Taste
  • 1 tbsp cumin seed
  • 1/2 tbsp Haldi (turmeric Powder)
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chilly Powder Optional
  • 2-3 Cashew Nut Optional

For Final Touch

  • 1/2 tbsp Kasuri meethi
  • 3-4 tbsp Cream For Creamy Texture and taste
  • Corinder Leaves(fresh) For Garnishing

Notes

 
First Rinse Palak very well under running water to remove any dirt
