Masala and Others Ingredients needed
- 300 Gram Palak Boiled
- 4-5 Clove garlic
- 1-2 inch Ginger
- 200-300 Gram Paneer
- 2-3 piece Green Chillies As per your taste
- 1 piece Onions finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2-3 Medium Tomatoes Finely Chopped
- 1-2 tbsp Salt As per your Taste
- 1 tbsp cumin seed
- 1/2 tbsp Haldi (turmeric Powder)
- 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tbsp Red chilly Powder Optional
- 2-3 Cashew Nut Optional
For Final Touch
- 1/2 tbsp Kasuri meethi
- 3-4 tbsp Cream For Creamy Texture and taste
- Corinder Leaves(fresh) For Garnishing
Notes
First Rinse Palak very well under running water to remove any dirt
